Welcome to my writing blog.  On here I hope to inspire, share and much more of my writing life,
 I have always love to write and it started with short stories and poems in high school from there I dabbled in it until my life changed.  See my husband was gone for a year due to his work and we found out two weeks before he left that we were expecting.  That year was very hard and I turned my stress into words started writing a book.  Sadly to this day, it is still a work in progress (WIP). That was over 15 years ago. Now  I have gotten back into writing more and I have  4 novels done ( as a series of 3 and a single book)  They are ready to go as soon as I get my courage up to publish them.
Now I have many WIPs going on and I an starting writing a little piece for an Anthology that my kick-ass writing friend and I are doing! It will be my first published work!  Now other than that Bad Kitty ( my writing buddy) and I have entered numerous writing contests and live writes.  I must say that I am proud of both of us as neither of us are published, but in the live write we did  Bad Kitty got first and I got third going against some that were New York Best Sellers and such.  So that gives you a little insight into my writing.

Now I have other things going on besides my writing.  I own and work on a farm (ok not a farm really as we don't grow anything by grass for hay. So a small ranch maybe.)  We have an average of 20-25 head of cattle on the place sometimes more due to calving but we don't keep them all.  Now after the farm comes family.  I am happily married to a great guy who rocks my world.  We were blessed with 2 kid, a sassy girl and a little monster of a boy 11 years apart.  Now each goes to a different school and trying to manage is enough at times to make me pull my hair out.  But not a single minute goes by that I ever wish that I didn't have either of them.  They are my light on my dark days. Also, a have another, a little angel who God needed so much more.  Not a day goes by without wonder the what ifs and why but I have come to peace knowing that God knows what he is doing and there was a greater reason.  Not to mention our pets... 3 cats,  and my other fun hobby tropical fish.
